Helen Adeosun, EdM
Helen is passionate about caregiving and the impact that the right caregiver can have on families. As an educator and workplace trainer, she has had a career in driving outcomes for adult learners and finding meaningful ways for them to engage in learning.
She has worked with Teach for America, Boston Public Schools, and Pearson Education as well as a number of companies focused on caregiving issues. Care Academy was born out of her own first hand knowledge and experience as a caregiver and she hopes that Care Academy is a place to continuously learn and share. She holds a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame in Politics and Arabic Studies , an EdM. from the Harvard Graduate School of Education in Education Policy and Management.
SVP of Sales & Business Development
Jennifer Waldron has over a decade of experience in sales and business development with senior care owners and operators.
Morgan is responsible for developing customer relationships and managing communication in order to ensure a positive roll-out and continued experience with CareAcademy. In addition, Morgan collects client feedback to contribute to the ongoing optimization of our product.
Mindy’s focus is on designing and developing the materials in the CareAcademy class library. Mindy works with the content development team and subject matter experts to ensure that the content is engaging, accurate, and informative for caregivers.
In addition to over twenty years experience in developing online training for business, non-profits, and professional associations, Mindy has been a librarian, writer, salesperson, web designer, social media consultant, and business owner. The common thread tying these together is Mindy’s interest in using technology to connect people with the information they need when they need it. She holds a B.A. and an M.A. in History from Northwestern University and an M.S. in Library and Information Science from the University of Illinois.
Amanda is passionate about growing companies using an integrated, data-driven marketing approach.
Amanda joined CareAcademy after her experience working as a Demand Generation Manager for an investment holding company and as a Digital Marketing Strategist for a sales and marketing company, where she helped create demand generation programs across multiple industries through paid and earned digital acquisition channels. Amanda holds a B.A. in Economics from Brown University.

Kelly has over a decade of experience in sales and business management. Her career path has been unique to her passion for truly helping people and creating a lasting impression.

Dr. Reddy is a specialist in Internal Medicine & Geriatric Medicine, and holds appointments at Harvard Medical School & Hebrew SeniorLife in Boston, MA. For years she has seen first hand the struggles that families and caregivers go through while caring for older adults.

Michelle has held a number of specialized roles in educational and academic publishing and technology, including having worked for Ascend Learning, DeGruyter, and Pearson Education. Prior to joining CareAcademy, she managed product development for Recert, an online continuing education service for prehospital care providers. Michelle earned her undergraduate degree in drama from Tufts University.
Dave Spacek has over 20 years of experience in hiring, developing, and leading effective teams.
His career path changed dramatically after his mother was diagnosed with dementia.

Erika Sessions works to aggregate compliance requirements and best practices for home care providers in senior care. Through partnership development, regulatory research, and resource creation, she strives to contribute to data-driven policy change and workforce transformation.
Erika comes from a diverse professional background and enjoys learning every facet of an organization. As a big picture strategist, her appreciation and mastery of minutia aid this detail-driven role. Erika has a BA in Environmental Science from the University of Denver and was originally drawn to the healthcare industry through personal experience ultimately achieving her Masters of Science in Healthcare Management at the Oregon Health and Science University.
Rick Desilets is focused on taking the robust and powerful CareAcademy platform and presenting it in a simple, easy-to-use way for caregivers of any experience level.
Jonalyn has been in the Senior Living Industry since 2012. She’s worn several hats over the years, including working as a Regional Director for a company that provided education to Assisted Living Communities and as the Director of Sales and Marketing for one of the top Senior Housing providers in the nation.
At a very young age, Jonalyn had to help care for her grandmother. With no caregiver education, she was limited to helping with basic needs. It was the validation directly from caregivers and her personal experience that motivated Jonalyn to want to continue to provide education for those caring for others.
