Caregivers can get the following training through CareAcademy
- Home Care Aides (HCA) need 5 hours of initial training and 5 hours of annual training in specific topics which CareAcademy offers.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNAs) need 48 hours of continuing education over 2 years, 24 hours can be obtained through an approved provider like CareAcademy (NAC provider number 7047). At least 12 hours need to be taken each year.
- Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) staff need 40 hours of initial training in specific topics and 20 hours of annual training in specific topics which CareAcademy offers.
- Nursing Professionals need 30 hours of continuing education every 2 years which can be obtained through CareAcademy’s licensed ANCC approved CE.
