We are integrated Relias and Paychex. I had a name change again that creates a new user when the name changes. The date is a guess without looking it up. This time I didn't even bother to ask you to complete moving the items from the old name to the new name and inactivating the new. I was told by the service rep last time I asked in December and she did it wrong (after having to explain to 2 different people what I wanted) that you cannot "merge" people. I personally don't care what you term the process that I have had you do for previous ones, but I need the new account to have the training and assignments moved from the old to the new and then the old deactivated. At this point it is so much easier to just figure it out myself. I won't even ask to use your consultants -- Relias has charged us for two different training plans created by their consultants that were not useable. The person on our end who accepted them didn't know they were wrong or she would not have contracted a consultant to create them. When I pointed out that they were wrong to Relias I was told that it was too late as we had accepted them. I asked if we could get the consultant to at least explain what they had done and was told no. I do NOT recommend Relias to any company.

Relias is not honest in its advertising. It uses a bait and switch concept and then teaches customer support to do the same and the argue in defense of the company. There are far better online training platforms available. I use and recommend them all the time.

Under my subscription it states I am not on auto renewal and yet, it was renewed. There is no choice on not to auto renew. I may retire my license next year, so I don't need your service. Cancel this subscription. I am disputing your charge.
