An impactful, results-oriented product leader, Michelle has held a number of specialized roles in educational and academic publishing and technology, including having worked for Ascend Learning, DeGruyter, and Pearson Education.

Prior to joining CareAcademy, she managed product development for Recert, an online continuing education service for prehospital care providers. Michelle earned her undergraduate degree in drama from Tufts University.

Courtney McCormick

Director of Client Success

Courtney is an experienced marketer and sales professional who is passionate about helping home care agencies increase efficiency and become as profitable as possible through her role as Director of Client Success at AxisCare.

Using her 17 years of experience running successful businesses, Courtney knows what it takes to wear many hats to see a small business succeed–from payroll to marketing to employee retention. Her ability to see and strategize organizational processes gives her the ability to help agencies streamline their back-office procedures through integrations with top industry partners inside the AxisCare system.
