Pete has a BS degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point and has worked across his career at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, IBM Life Sciences and Columbia University.
He is a former US Army officer and helicopter pilot and has a particular passion working with our veterans.
Pete and his wife Amy, have two sons who attend the University of Georgia and are proud to serve clients in the Northeast Georgia region.

Qiana obtained her BBA in Entrepreneurship & Management from the Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston. She is a graduate of the prestigious Cyvia and Melvyn Wolff Center for Entrepreneurship, the No. 1 Entrepreneurial Program in the US.
In 2010, she formed Friendly Faces Senior Care, which provides private pay in-home caregiver services for seniors. Friendly Faces Senior Care has been granted several awards including Provider of Choice, Employer of Choice, Top Home Care for Houston award, Inc 5000 Fastest Growing Company in America, BBB Award of Excellence, and Houston Chronicles Top Workplaces award. She currently serves on the board of Cap of Houston, Cap of Pearland, the Executive Board for the Pearland Chamber of Commerce, the Advisory Board for the Pearland Chamber of Commerce, and the Advisory Board for the Independent Home Care Alliance. In addition, she is involved in several philanthropic endeavors throughout the City of Houston and surrounding areas.

Howard Algeo

Howard is the Director of Business Development and Training for Seniors Helping Seniors® in-home services, where he supports over 100 franchise locations in 32 states.

He has over 35 years of experience in the home care and health care staffing business.  He has opened and managed home care operations across the country.  Howard holds a BA from Temple University and a MBA from The University of Michigan.
