CareAcademy is Here to Support you and your Staff Through COVID-19
Over the last several months, the eyes of the world have been on the coronavirus outbreak, and every hour provides new information and uncertainty.
CareAcademy is closely monitoring developments and guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and other local and national health organizations. Ultimately, our foremost priority is that we are a reliable source of information and support for you and your staff.
I know this time is difficult and we’re all making decisions with the best information that we have. That is also made even more difficult, given that our industry serves those who are most at risk during the outbreak of coronavirus. I know that you are doing your best to ensure the health and wellness of clients in this time, and I want to reassure you that CareAcademy is committed to meeting your needs by offering resources to you and your direct care workers.
CareAcademy is currently operating fully remotely with local and federal guidelines. We’re working with trade show staff to create alternative meeting opportunities and digitizing meetings whenever possible.
More importantly, our customer service representatives remain committed to ensuring that direct care workers and administrators get the help they need with using CareAcademy.
We are also prioritizing making available a few additional resources.

CareAcademy Support Fund for Direct Care Workers:
In this time we realize that direct care workers may need emergency resources and we have created a fund for direct care workers in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts that private citizens, employers, and several others are contributing to making emergency relief and up to $300 available for direct care workers and their families. We urge you to work with your local elected officials and consider making this available in your towns and communities and ease the impact of this fast progressing outbreak. More details to follow this week.
As we take on the challenges ahead, our hearts and thoughts are with you. Your feedback and willingness to share your challenges are helping us to in the ways we can assist you and your direct care workers.
I want to thank you as you and your staff are the unsung heroes that will make health possible in this time for millions of the most at risk of this disease.
Sincerely,
