Program expectation is to complete all 12 required training within 30 days. Average time to first class start is 13 days because of other agency onboarding requirements. Caregivers are able to complete their 12 required classes in the remaining time frame (17 days) because they can take the courses from anywhere, any time AND HomeWell uses the text reminders to keep them on track.
Caregiver feedback about the adoption of the new training technology has also been incredibly positive. “They love being able to access training on their phones,” added Betsy. They’ve also given two thumbs up on the variety of training that’s available to them and how they can get a ‘quick fix’ to brush up on certain skills when they’re out in the field.

The 100% of caregivers passing the final exam represents a total of 7 unique classes, with the highest amount of caregiver engagement, taken by the agency’s caregivers and passing on their first attempt.
The 18% Combined Client Satisfaction Level is based on Home Care Pulse’s survey reporting provided in November of this year. Rob attributes this improvement to reinstalling CareAcademy’s caregiver training, which equips his caregivers with the knowledge and skills to provide better care.
