Integrating Is Easy

Add caregivers with just a few clicks:

  • Log into your WellSky Personal Care account.
  • Click on the admin dropdown on the upper right, then select Agency Transition Wizard.
  • In the Power Tools Integration section, find Integrated Caregiver Training with CareAcademy, then click Connect.
  • Click the Get Started button.
  • Review your agency information, check the box to certify it, then click Continue.
  • Click Connect my Account.
  • Review the terms of service, then click Complete Activation.
  • The CareAcademy team will then begin the process of connecting your accounts.

After you’ve completed the activation steps, the CareAcademy team can typically finish the integration within two business days.

How do I activate a WellSky caregiver in CareAcademy?

  • Log into WellSky and go to the Caregivers tab.
  • Select the caregivers you want to activate by clicking the row with the caregiver’s name to highlight it (or choose Select All to add all caregivers).
  • Click Activate in CareAcademy.
What do I need before integrating?

How do caregivers access CareAcademy training from the WellSky Go app?

  • From your WellSky app, click on the menu on the upper left.
  • Click Training.
  • Click Get Started to begin new training or Continue to pick up where you left off.
