Helen Adeosun is the Chief Strategy Officer at Activated Insights and Former CEO and Founder at CareAcademy. A lifelong advocate for adult learners and workforce development, Helen has dedicated her career to creating pathways for historically underserved communities—especially caregivers—to thrive through education and skills advancement. Her leadership has earned national recognition, including being named to Fortune’s 40 Under 40, the Boston Globe’s Tech Power Players 50, and as a winner of EY’s Entrepreneur Of The Year New England Award. Most recently, she was named to the 2024 Class of The Aspen Institute Henry Crown Fellowship. Helen also serves on the board of the Caregiver Action Network and is a frequent speaker on the future of education as an enabler in post acute care innovation. She holds a B.A. in Politics and Arabic Studies from the University of Notre Dame and an Ed.M. in Education Policy and Management from Harvard University.
