The company continues to solidify its position as a key driver of transformation in the healthcare industry.

In 2024 and early 2025, CareAcademy has focused on developing an executive leadership team to take the company through the next phase of high growth.

Product and Curriculum Updates
2024 was a significant year of growth and support for key verticals such as senior living and hospice:
- Released a hospice curriculum offering, meeting regulatory compliance needs and strengthening resources for hospice organizations.
- Delivered a reimagined admin console of the CareAcademy Platform, enabling administrators to effortlessly organize cohorts into training groups and streamline course assignments, making caregiver training management more efficient and intuitive.
- Launched an initial offering designed specifically for Family Caregivers. With over 200 training videos on essential caregiving topics, this initiative empowers family caregivers and is a pivotal step in solving the impending caregiver shortage.
- Supported senior living communities with new curricula for housekeeping, dining, and soft skills to promote consistency in training and care delivered across the entire staff.
- Introduced new pricing and packaging models to better serve diverse client needs from both a technology and content perspective. This new model aligns with customer business models and makes it even easier for new customers to get started with CareAcademy.
Looking Ahead: Vision for 2025
As CareAcademy builds on its strong foundation, the company’s focus for 2025 centers on bold, impactful initiatives that result in caregiver empowerment and ultimately better health outcomes:
