Integrating Is Easy

Add caregivers with just a few clicks:

  1. From AxisCare, navigate to the profile of the caregiver you want to add to CareAcademy.
  2. Click the Certifications & Evaluations tab.
  3. Scroll down to the CareAcademy section. From the Status dropdown, change the status from Not Active to Active.
  4. Assign a location for the caregiver — or leave this field as Default if you don’t have multiple locations.
  5. Click Save to finish adding the caregiver to CareAcademy.

What do I need before integrating?
You’ll need either a paid subscription or free trial for both AxisCare and CareAcademy before you can integrate.
How do I integrate AxisCare with CareAcademy?
  • From your AxisCare account, click on the Admin dropdown in the top menu and select System Preferences.
  • Click Integrations from the left menu, then click the CareAcademy tab.
  • Toggle the Enabled switch to Yes. Set Current CareAcademy Customer to Yes if you’re already a customer.
  • Fill in the required fields, then click Add Location, if you have more than one location.
  • Click Save at the top of the window to submit your integration request.
