Edition 1: Views from the C-Suite: Home Care's Future Beyond COVID-19

Views from the C Suite is a series of panels and fireside chats with home care leaders, we're focusing on how home care forges ahead in a healthcare ecosystem forever changed by COVID-19. Specifically, we'll be talking to home care leaders on how they're preparing for what lies ahead.

For this edition, we're joined by Brian Petranick, President/CEO at Right At Home, & Jisella Dolan, Chief Global Advocacy Officer at Home Instead. Brian Petranick
President/CEO -Right At Home
In 2000, Brian joined founder Allen Hager and launched the Right at Home franchise system. During his nearly 20 years with the company, Brian served as Vice President of Operations, Chief Operating Officer, and ultimately President and Chief Executive Officer. Brian’s leadership has been instrumental in growing the organization from its initial location in Omaha, Nebraska, to an internationally recognized home-care brand with over 650 operating territories in eight countries.
Jisella Dolan
Chief Global Advocacy Officer - Home Instead
Jisella Dolan serves as Chief Global Advocacy Officer for Home Instead Senior Care. She is a member of Home Instead’s Executive Team and leads its Advocacy division, which is dedicated to advocating for aging adults and their families, ensuring a quality care experience, helping transform healthcare delivery, and shaping aging and home care policy around the world. She also helps lead Home Instead’s diversity and inclusion work. Jisella serves as Strategy Officer for the World Economic Forum and on its Global Council for the Future of Health Care and its Global Council for the Future of Longevity. She was appointed to the federal RAISE Act Family Caregiving Advisory Council, which is building national policy to better support family caregivers. She is Home Instead’s representative to the Global Coalition on Aging and serves on the Home Care Association of America’s Strategy Committee. Jisella is a member of the Women’s Leadership Council for Women Against Alzheimer’s. She regularly represents Home Instead on the topic of family caregiving at global events, in the media and at speaking engagements.
Helen Adeosun
CEO & Co-Founder - CareAcademy
Helen Adeosun, CEO and Co-Founder of CareAcademy, has had a career in driving outcomes for adult learners. She has worked with Teach for America, Boston Public Schools, and Pearson Education as well as a number of companies focused on caregiving issues. She holds a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame in Politics and Arabic Studies and an EdM. from the Harvard Graduate School of Education in Education Policy and Management.
