Views from the C Suite is a series of panels and fireside chats with home care leaders, we're focusing on how home care forges ahead in a healthcare ecosystem forever changed by COVID-19. Specifically, we'll be talking to home care leaders on how they're preparing for what lies ahead. For this edition, we're joined by Emma Dickinson, President/CEO at Home Helpers Home Care and Board President of the Home Care Association of America, Peter Ross, CEO and Co-Founder at Senior Helpers, and Jake Brown, CEO and President at Always Best Care Senior Services. Peter Ross
CEO and Co-Founder - Senior Helpers
Peter co-founded SH Franchising with Tony Bonacuse in 2004 and is the current CEO for Senior Helpers. He has led the organization to become a national leader in non-medical in-home care for seniors. He also serves as the President of the Home Care Association of America’s board of directors. He has devoted his career to helping in-home care excel and to improving service at all levels.
Jake Brown
CEO & President - Always Best Care Senior Services
An experienced franchise professional, Jake Brown joined Always Best Care Senior Services as Chief Operating Officer in November 2010 prior to becoming President & CEO in April 2016. Previously, Mr. Brown was Senior Vice President of Operations for Cartridge World Americas; prior to that, he was a Master Franchisee of Cartridge World as Chief Operating Officer of Cartridge World Northern California and Chief Executive Officer of Cartridge World Hawaii. With more than 25 years of experience in franchise and dealer network businesses in six different industries, he has held various senior management positions with companies such as California Closets, Round Table Pizza, ePhones and ComputerLand.
Helen Adeosun
CEO & Co-Founder - CareAcademy
Helen Adeosun, CEO and Co-Founder of CareAcademy, has had a career in driving outcomes for adult learners. She has worked with Teach for America, Boston Public Schools, and Pearson Education as well as a number of companies focused on caregiving issues. She holds a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame in Politics and Arabic Studies and an EdM. from the Harvard Graduate School of Education in Education Policy and Management.
