Michael Slupecki recently served as Chief Financial Officer of BioMatrix, a national specialty pharmacy based in Plantation, Fla. Prior to BioMatrix, he served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer during Interim HealthCare’s transformation into Caring Brands International (CBI) – a multinational franchisor providing in-home medical and non-medical care, utilizing three brands across seven countries. During his tenure at CBI, the company doubled revenues and is currently a billion-dollar network comprised of 550 franchise locations.
Jeff Bevis
Co-Founder and CEO - First Light Home Care
With a business career that has stretched over 39 years, including 37 years in franchise and entrepreneurial environments, Jeff has a unique and aggressive perspective for what it takes to build successful franchise systems and teams. He has led major franchise growth or rebuilding efforts in 6 different franchise brands across 5 different industries with record-setting success in every brand. He is the Co-Founder and CEO of FirstLight Home Care Franchising LLC along with his son Devin. FirstLight is an emerging and innovative offering for non-medical in-home care, which has already expanded to over 220 markets in 35 states in its’ first 10 years---with growth accelerating as they continue to add new markets every month.

CEO & Founder - CareAcademy
Helen Adeosun, CEO and Co-Founder of CareAcademy, has had a career in driving outcomes for adult learners. She has worked with Teach for America, Boston Public Schools, and Pearson Education as well as a number of companies focused on caregiving issues. She holds a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame in Politics and Arabic Studies and an EdM. from the Harvard Graduate School of Education in Education Policy and Management.
