Views from the C Suite is a series of panels and fireside chats with home care leaders, we're focusing on how home care forges ahead in a healthcare ecosystem forever changed by COVID-19. Specifically, we'll be talking to home care leaders on how they're preparing for what lies ahead.

For this edition, we're joined by David Rosales, Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer at VNSNY and, Susan Brett, COO/SR VP at People Care, Inc.

David Rosales
Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer at VNSNY
David Rosales is Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer for the Visiting Nurse Service of New York (VNSNY), the nation’s largest not-for-profit home- and community-based health care organization. Appointed to his position in June 2018, Mr. Rosales oversees VNSNY’s Strategic Program Development, Performance and Innovation, Government Programs Management, and Government Grants functions. He applies his considerable experience in health care planning and strategy to the development and execution of initiatives designed to support and further the organization’s mission-driven goals. Mr. Rosales holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard College and a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School.
Susan Brett
COO/SR. VP at People Care, INC
Susan Brett has over 32 years of experience in the home health care industry. She joined People Care, Inc. in 1990 and held various roles including Director, Senior Vice President and HIPAA Privacy Officer. Since 2006, she has served as People Care’s Chief Operating Officer overseeing all operations of the company. Her expertise is in areas of operations, strategic planning, home care advocacy, regulatory compliance and business development and profitability. She held a seat on the Board of Directors for the Home Care Association of NYS for eight years to help shape the industry on a State level. She has also held roles as Vice Chair and Secretary on the State board of the Home Care Association of NYS and currently holds the position as Co-Chair for the down State Licensed Home Care forum for the NYS Home Care Association.
Helen Adeosun
CEO & Founder of CareAcademy
Helen Adeosun has had a career in driving outcomes for adult learners and finding meaningful ways for them to engage in learning. CareAcademy was born out of her own first-hand knowledge and experience as a caregiver, uniting her education passion with a desire to better serve the elder community. She has worked with Teach for America, Boston Public Schools, and Pearson Education, as well as a number of companies, focused on caregiving issues. Helen holds a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame in Politics and Arabic Studies, and an EdM. in Education Policy and Management from Harvard University.
