BOSTON (Feb. 6, 2022) — CareAcademy, the leading care enablement platform for home care and home health organizations, announced today a new platform integration with Spectrum TeleTrack, a cloud-based home care scheduling, tracking billing and management system, to deliver seamless interoperability for customers.
CareAcademy customers can now connect their accounts directly with Spectrum TeleTrack to better manage and administer caregiver training. Agencies that integrate will be able to:
- Add caregivers directly from their Spectrum TeleTrack account
- Offer single sign-on for administrators and caregivers into CareAcademy through their Spectrum TeleTrack portal
- View and manage active or inactive caregivers on CareAcademy via the Spectrum TeleTrack dashboard
