Navigating Vaccine Mandates in Home Care: Industry Experts Share Insights, Guidance, and Resources

Vaccine mandates for healthcare workers are here, whether you and your team instated them or not. While there are many complexities to the debate, time is of the essence, and providers need to look at the path forward now to best support their direct care workers.

Employers are rightfully worried about caregivers leaving the industry, exacerbating the already-critical caregiver shortage and adding to the 800,000 Americans already on waitlists for Home and Community Based Care (HCBS). We want to encourage and support direct care workers to remain in healthcare and home care despite this issue. At this point, it is an unavoidable challenge between state-specific requirements and Biden’s Executive Order from September 9 to vaccinate healthcare workers alongside federal workers and private companies.

Join our industry expert panel as they share insights, guidance, and resources on ways to best support and retain your staff through these mandates.
