Tracy is the VP of Content at CareAcademy where she leads all aspects of learning design and development with special focus on instructional strategy, learner engagement, and quality. Prior to joining CareAcademy, she was the co-founder and CLO of WeejeeLearning, a custom content provider with clients worldwide including DaVita, The American Red Cross, American Heart Association, American Cancer Society, Abbott, PwC, Conservation International, and more.

Weejee was acquired in 2015 by Principled Technologies, where she held the role of Chief Digital Strategist and continued to provide overall strategy and solution design to clients including Ace Hardware, Dell, Intel, HPE, and more. She regularly speaks at industry conferences and contributes to learning magazines and journals. Tracy earned her M.Ed. in Instructional Technology from George Mason University.
