This first-of-its-kind higher-education partnership opens new doors for direct care workers to advance their career development by offering new educational pathways based on experience and learning, all for the work that they are already completing as part of their training curriculum.
This is a core component of the CAREer Path Initiative - an all-encompassing effort to promote recruiting new care workers into the industry, enabling agencies to better enable their care staff, and assist direct care workers with achieving their learning goals.
We are launching the CAREer Path Initiative today with industry partnership from the Home Care Association of America, and support from leading agencies VNSNY, Comfort Keepers Franchising Inc, and Best of Care.
