CareAcademy Adds over 300 Contact Hours of ANCC Accredited Nursing Continuing Education Courses

CareAcademy has partnered with Wild Iris Medical Education to make its high-quality, continuing education (CE) for nurses available to our customers via the CareAcademy platform. The 75+ courses are accredited and approved by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and accepted in all 50 states. The library of continuing education also contains required topics as mandated by many states.

Welcome

CareAcademy was founded under the simple idea: to empower direct care workers to learn how to deliver the best care to older adults with the support, guidance, and compassion needed to improve their quality of life. We aim to make upskilling accessible for direct care workers so they can continue their education to better serve clients and advance their careers. As a result, Home Care and Home Health agencies across the post-acute continuum of care have the skilled resources available to deliver better care and better outcomes for their clients.

Our partnership with Wild Iris Medical Education expands the CareAcademy training library to include skilled home health roles, specifically providing additional training that Medicare-certified home health agencies need. The ANCC accredited content includes state-mandated courses and covers numerous topics including wound care, diabetes, and pressure injury prevention and treatment.

The library is beginning to roll out on the CareAcademy platform, and will be completed in the next 30 days. To learn more about the Wild Iris Medical Education partnership, the courses being offered on the CareAcademy platform, and trends in the Nurse CEU market, please join this webinar on February 3, 2021. Representatives from both CareAcademy and Wild Iris Medical Education will formally discuss this partnership and be available for your questions.
